Review: The Master & the Muses by Amanda McIntyre

BLURB:

The Master & the Muses -Harlequin Spice

They are his inspiration.
He is their obsession.

Icon, rebel, unabashed romantic… with a single look painter Thomas Rodin conveys the ecstasy of creativity—the pleasures awaiting the woman who can fuel his artistry.

the Innocent

What did this master artist see in me? Genius abided in his soul, rapture in his flesh—I doubted not. To refuse him…my folly. To surrender…my sensual salvation.

the Upstart

I chafed at the bonds of servitude until he set me free. I turned my back on all that I knew to follow him and found myself between two men—master and student—one whom I loved with my heart...the other with my body.

the Courtesan

I understood, perhaps better than any, his needs.
I stoked the fires of his soul, the spark of his creativity— he made me a legend. But never could I forget his searing touch.…

Three transcendent tales of women bewitched by a master of seduction— a slave as much to his art as to his boundless passion.

The Master and the Muses is a wonderful sexy portrait of an artist who is both passionate for his work and for his second love the women who inspire him. Thomas Rodin is a gifted artist who is some what shunned or looked over by the Royal Academy for his eccentric and sometimes risqué work and lifestyle and his ideals. But Rodin is resolved to show them that entire he deserves his spot among the masters and the stories follow his pursuit of his dream along with three special women who play apart in his work and his life. Each woman is very different and brings something new into Thomas’s life as he ushers them into a world of art and beauty and one of desire and abandon as well.

Amanda McIntyre is a bright new star who is showing with each title that she is a force to be reckoned with in the romance world. Her writing here is realistic, filled with emotion, and had me clinging to every page to see where she would take the characters next. It was a page turner from the very beginning. I could easily picture these stories as having truly happened it reads like an intimate diary of sorts into the characters lives. Those who love a good sexy read will enjoy this one thoroughly! I do look forward to many more of Ms. McIntyre’s novels I will definitely be waiting in the wings for them!:)

To read more about Thomas Rodin and a special interview with him go by All I Want & More here! And Amanda's Interview about it here....

I highly recommend going to Ms. Amanda's site as well she has some very insightful information on what inspired the story, photos, and excerpts! Check them out ...

Lusting for Covers! In Ecstasy

Lusting for Covers is a weekly meme, held on Sunday, that allows bloggers to share their current cover obsession with fellow book lovers.

Here's what you do:
1- Take the graphic (left) to use on your post. Remember to give credit to the original host (TBQ).

2- Choose your own book cover that you've fallen in "lust" with in the past week. It can be new, old, a reprint, or even a book that is not yet out-- it's all up to you! If you find a cover that catches your eye, then showcase it on your blog, and let others see the pretty covers out there.
3- Copy the direct link to your own L4C post into the comment section on my post (when in doubt, use this link and then scroll down to find the post), and allow others to come and see what you picked! (OPTIONAL):

4- Besides posting the picture of the book cover you chose, it's nice to provide the book summary, title, author, or a website link for the book. It's not required, but it can help you readers' to add more books to their own list! A brief "Why I choose this cover" is also appreciated, but not required.

Now here is my choice for the week......

Ok the cover genies love Gena! Her covers are always goregous but look at this I mean it's just HOT with a Capital H. What's not to love about this one? You just want to say turn around lad and hit me with your best shot lol! ;)

Review: Tortured by Amanda McIntyre

It is the Dark Ages - in the land of war torn Britannia the Saxon invaders have ravaged the land pillaging, raping, burning, killing, and enslaving those who were left in their wake of destruction. Sierra is one of those life was spared but death would have been much easier than what she now has to face.

The malicious Saxon King Aeglech has spared her life because of her gift of the “sight” that she inherited from her mother (who was forced to serve him before her). He is the one responsible for the murder of her family and for taking away all that was dear to her. Now as if to add insult to injury he has ordered her to be the apprentice to his head Executioner. Sierra is forced to witness, and assist in the heinous tortures inflicted upon the prisoners in Lord Aeglech’s dungeon. Growing up for nine years in this hellish existence Sierra soon looses herself and tries to become detached from the suffering and abominations around her. She finds some comfort in the arms of a young stable boy but the passion that she feels even though it does allow her some stolen moments of escape from her accursed life isn’t love. Sierra wonders if she will ever again feel like a human being and if there is any chance at hope left. But hope sometimes comes when we least expect it and for her it comes in the form of a new Roman prisoner that is brought to the dungeon to be tortured into giving up what information he has. In this strong and honorable man Sierra sees what she has been waiting for a possible glimmer of freedom.

Dryston was part of the Roman army until he and his brother Torin decided to stay in Britannia and build an army from the native people to fight the barbaric Saxons and once again to take back their land from the grips of the murderous invaders. When Dryston is captured by surprise in one of the villages and brought to the dungeons of Aeglech, he knows that he must escape and get word to his brother about the movements and numbers of the Saxons if their plans of attacking and crushing Aeglech’s armies are to succeed. When the sees Sierra he can hardly believe that she is to be his torturer but she tortures him in more ways than one… this passionate young woman offers him an alliance if he will help her escape. Together they devise a plan to get them both out of the clutches of this Saxon hell. But what starts out as just an alliance for survival soon starts to become much more. Could Dryston be her savior in more ways than one could he be the savior of her soul and heart as well?

This is a book that has very complex characters and layers to it and I think you will enjoy each one. Ms. McIntyre has made a strong and yet emotionally fragile heroine in Sierra. Her relationship with Dryston is one that at first was all about survival but quickly became much more. I found this read to be both very intriguing, passionate and very deep. I think she has captured the essence of this violent and dark time in history very well and posed some very good interpretations of how those who lived through them might have felt and how they survived.

Though it is not your typical romance by any means I think that is what makes it so special. Its gritty and passionate uniqueness is one that touches the heart. I loved the complex relationship between Sierra and Dryston to see it evolve from one of dependence on the other to escape and survive then watching it change and soften Sierra and give her back herself that was nothing short of inspiring! (And it made me cry more than once lol) I thoroughly enjoyed this one and I hated to see it come to an end. I can’t wait to read more from Ms. McIntyre, she truly has a unique and powerful voice. And though this was the first book I have read of hers it will definitely not be the last!

Interview & Giveaway with Paula Quinn!

JJ: Today we have the wonderful Paula Quinn joining us! Hello Paula! It’s so good to have you with us today!

PQ: Hi Jennifer, it’s so nice to be here. Thanks so much for inviting me :)

JJ: Paula could you please start by tell us a little about yourself?

PQ: Well, let’s see…I’m married to my high school sweetheart. We have three amazing kids and a lot of animals. I’m slightly obsessed with history and anything to do with the past. I’ve always loved writing and reading, though my first love was Science Fiction/Fantasy. Oh yes, and I seem to have a bit of a thing for Kings. You’ll always find them in my books.

JJ: Please tell us about your latest release? It is part of a new series your starting correct?

PQ: Yes, Ravished By A Highlander is book 1 in the Children of the Mist series. It features a hero and a heroine I fell in love with the instant I began telling their story. Rob MacGregor would give his life for the safety of his kin. As firstborn and heir to the Chief of the MacGregors of Skye, his first duty, his loyalty, and his love belongs to Camlochlin alone. But when he rescues the only survivor from a burning Abbey, set aflame by a small Dutch army, her tears break his wary heart and compel him to protect her.

Cloistered from the world her entire life, Lady Davina Montgomery carries with her a secret that has cost her hopes, her dreams, and the lives of everyone she has ever known and ever loved. She has never felt safe from the many who would see her dead, not until she spends her days and nights in Rob’s vigilant care. But she knows, and it is only a matter of time before he knows as well, that if they remain together, him and those he loves will likely be killed with her.
With a truth that threatens to destroy all, both Rob and Davina must choose between duty and desire, loyalty and love.

JJ: You write so passionately about your highlanders have you been to Scotland yourself?

PQ: There are times I think I can smell the heather in my apartment. I have never been to Scotland but I feel as if I have. I’m drawn to its long history steeped in battle and blood, emotion and perseverance. Being molded in the harsh north of the Highlands builds character into my characters—if you get what I mean. :) Someday I may visit Scotland and I’ll probably cry like a lost fool who has just found home. :)

JJ: Did you always want to be an author?

PQ: When I was a child I always wrote. I had journals stuffed with poems, short stories, my own form of ink to paper blogging… I didn’t follow the dream until much later though, after I had my kids and a number of other jobs that I enjoyed but left me a little empty. When I began writing again, it was my husband who encouraged me to submit my work.

JJ: Who are some of your biggest influences in writing?

PQ: Julie Garwood without a doubt. She’s brilliant. She’s an author whose heroes I remember years after I’ve read their story. In romance, no one tops her. As a young adult, fantasy author Guy Gavriel Kay made me want to write. I still love his work and read every thing he writes.

JJ: What do you do on a typical writing day?

PQ: There is no typical writing day for me, lol. I have three kids, remember? And for those of you who are wondering, it doesn’t get any easier as they get older, better yes, easier, not really. Anyway, I enjoy writing at night, when everyone is asleep.

JJ: What kind of research do you do for your books? Do you enjoy the research process?

PQ: I use to have more time to do research, but when a book is due in five or six months, it can get a bit overwhelming. I love history and my research always takes me back in time, so I enjoy that aspect of it very much. I have dozens of reference and research books and prefer them over the internet. Also, Google can sometimes supply too much different information about the same topic and before you know it, you’ve spent a week learning a thousand useless facts about breeches.

JJ: What is your all time favorite books (can’t have just one if your like me lol) as a reader?

PQ: I’m like you, Jennifer, lol. There are too many great books out there to pick only one. Julie Garwood’s Ransom, The Bride, The Prize are some of my favorites. Lynn Kurland’s If I Had You, This Is All I Ask, and Stardust of Yesterday (Amazing book). And of course, Guy Gavriel Kay’s fantasy books, The Summer Tree, The Lions of Al Rassan, and Tigana. Two other all time favorites are The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley and The Plague Dogs by Richard Adams.

JJ: Do you listen to music while you are writing and if so what music is it?

PQ: Oh gosh, yes! I love music. I couldn’t live without it. It’s my muse. A fun fact: It was while watching a VH1 concert on TV one night that Brand Risande first came to me and my first book, Lord Of Desire was born. Each book has its own playlist on my Ipod. The songs can be anything from Celtic to Christian, to pop and heavy rock. If I hear it and it moves me in some way, I can listen to it over and over while I write a scene. I list the music I’ve listened to for each book on my website’s Fun Facts pages.

JJ: If you could be one of your characters – Who would you be? And why?

PQ: Jennifer, I love these questions! Ok, if I could be one of my characters it would be Kate Campbell from Laird of the Mist. Not only does she live in one of the most breathtaking places on the earth, Camasunary Bay in Skye, but she’s the wife of Callum MacGregor. Seriously, those two things are enough.

JJ: If you could travel back in time to any period and place where would it be and when? And do you think you would have any trouble blending in, in that different time?

PQ: Of course, I would love to go back to Scotland in the 17th century. I know a lot about it now lol. But unless I was married to a powerful clan leader like Callum, I think life would be too difficult. I could hand wash clothes and cook everything from scratch if I had to, but the raping and pillaging wouldn’t work for me. Do I think I’d have trouble blending in? Absolutely not. I’m actually having trouble typing without a Scottish accent right now :)

JJ: Is there a genre of book (and or setting or both lol) you would like to write but haven't yet?

PQ: Yes, and I have a few I’ve already written (first and second drafts, at least. The genre combines both of my loves, historical romance and paranormal. I don’t know, though, if I want to spread my time so thin by working on two books at once. I’d rather give each story the depth it deserves. But I promise, you will be reading them someday.

JJ: Who is your perfect hero? And why?

PQ: My perfect hero is a man who has inner strength, the kind of might that sees him through any battle life throws at him. Power to hold back his tongue and his temper from family and friends and in some cases, his foes, as well. He isn’t prideful but self-assured, not weak, but kind…and he has to be a passionate kisser. I think I just described all the men I’ve written about. :)

JJ: Do you find it hard at times to write love scenes?

PQ: Yes, absolutely. They are my least favorite scenes to write. I mean, how many different and interesting ways can two people make love in the space of a couple of hundred pages? More importantly, it should be an emotional thing, an experience that makes the couple grow and love each other more, so the timing has to be perfect in each book or else it feels forced and empty.

JJ: And if you had the chance what one character from your own books would you spend the night with? And why him?

PQ: Gosh, I’d want to spend time with them all, lol. I recently saw the movie Inkheart, a story about a man who can read to life characters from a book. I cried just by pondering it long enough. I can’t choose one. If I have to choose any, it must be two. First, Callum MacGregor and not for obvious reasons. Honestly, just looking at him all night would make me happy and feel at home. I’d also want to spend a night with William of Normandy. I developed a serious, ghostly crush on King William while writing my Risande trilogy. I dreamed of him a lot and let me just say…sigh. (See what I mean about having a thing for kings?)

JJ: What would be the best way for readers contact you? Do you have a website? Email address? MySpace site? Blog? Message Board? Group?

PQ: Readers can contact me through my website www.paulaquinn.com on my comment page. Or they can write to me at paula@paulaquinn.com. I’m also on Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace. :)

JJ: Now for my favorite question lol... Do you ever use real life actors or actresses as how you see your characters when you write in your head? I know I personally see them as the main characters a lot in the books I read when I’m reading them so I was just wondering if authors do that as well when they are writing them?

PQ: Jennifer, I ALWAYS use real life actors and actresses for inspiration. I have about 900 pictures of Gerard Butler on my computer. I started collecting them in 2000 when the MacGregors started introducing themselves in my head. He inspired some of my paranormals, as well. There have been others, of course. I actually met the model/ex-rugby star who inspired Graham Grant in A Highlander Never Surrenders. He’s a very nice Scottish hunk named Chris Capaldi and you can see and read about him and all the others who have inspired me on my website’s Fun Facts pages.

JJ: And Paula is graciously giving away a signed copy of Ravished By A Highlander to one lucky commenter! :)

JJ: Paula thank you so much for taking the time to come and visit my blog I appreciate it so much. It was a true pleasure getting to chatting with you my dear! :)

PQ: Jennifer, I loved being here. What a fun and refreshing interview! I think it’s one of my favorites. Thank you again for inviting me.

Interview & Giveaway with Kerrelyn Sparks!

Today we have with us a very special guest the wonderful Kerrelyn Sparks! Hello Kerrelyn! It’s so good to have you join us today!
It is an honor to have you here with us and yes I have to say I’m having a major fan girl moment because your one of my favorite authors! LOL so forgive me a small squee moment here.

JJ: Most of you all (especially the vamp fans) know Kerrelyn’s wonderful vampire series - The Love at Stake series - that started with How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire. But just incase for those that aren’t so familiar with the series Kerrelyn could you tell us a little about your vampires and the series so far?

KS: Thank you, Jenn! The Love at Stake series did indeed start with How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire. That first book starred vampire Roman Draganesti, the inventor of synthetic blood and Vampire Fusion Cuisine. With each book, the vampire world has expanded with more vamps, mortals and shape shifters. And since I write romance, each book tells a new love story with a different hero and heroine. The seventh book in the series, Forbidden Nights with a Vampire, featured my first werewolf hero who falls for a feisty vampire woman with an anger management problem. He was the perfect guy to teach her how to tame the inner beast.

JJ: Please tell us about your writing and about your latest release?

KS: In March, the eighth book releases, titled The Vampire and the Virgin. The vampire is Robby, one of the kilted Scottish highlanders who work for MacKay Security and Investigation. Robby was captured and tortured by the bad guys in the last book, so now he’s burning for revenge, so much so that his boss considers him unstable. Since he refuses to see a psychologist, he’s forced to take a vacation on a remote Greek isle where he can’t get into any trouble. And there, he finds a beautiful Greek-American girl who is also on vacation and surprise! She’s exactly what Robby is trying to avoid—a psychologist. Can he manage to court her and avoid therapy at the same time? And how will he react when he finds out she’s a virgin?

JJ: Is there anything special you can share with us about Robby and Olivia? I have been waiting for Robbie’s book he’s a special favorite of mine! ;)

KS: Olivia made an interesting heroine because she possesses empathic abilities. She can sense a person’s emotions and can tell if someone is lying. This ability, coupled with her criminal psychology degree, has made her a valuable employee at the FBI. She has always relied on her gift to help her ‘read’ people, but with Robby, her gift doesn’t work (because Robby is undead, but she doesn’t know that). For the first time in her life, she’s going into a relationship blind.
One of the criminals she’s dealt with in the past is obsessed with her because of her unique abilities. He’s a brilliant mastermind (inspired by Hannibal the cannibal), and he’s playing a deadly game of cat and mouse with her. Can she trust Robby (whom she can’t read) to help her survive?

JJ: I really loved Olivia and that she was human but had a special ability of her own tell me do you believe that there are empaths and people with other psychic abilities out there in real life?

KS: I believe in possibilities. So yes, I think there are people with different amounts and/or different kinds of psychic abilities. And I believe our brains are probably capable of doing all sorts of things if we only knew how to tap into it.

JJ: I know we all wish there were really vamps like Robbie out there! ;)

JJ: I wondered as I read through the novel you chose the Greek Island of Patmos for Robbie to go for his rehabilitation leave that’s where he meets Olivia. I found that very interesting as that was the Island that the apostle John in the Bible was a prisoner on and where he had the visions that inspired him to write Revelations. Have you ever been there? Was there a certain reason that you chose that particular place in Greece?

KS: Yes, there was some significance to my choice of Patmos. Robby discovers some revelations about himself, and with Olivia’s help, he finds redemption. Olivia’s last name is Sotiris, which is related to the Greek word for salvation. I have a friend who visited Patmos, and she brought back an icon of Saint John, so it helped me feel a connection to the island.

JJ: Can you tell us how you came up with your own individual vamp world that is different from the others out there? I have to say I’m a huge vampire fan and your books were a breath of fresh air. I love how you combine the drama, action, and passion with some great laughter in between.

KS: I purposely avoid reading other vampire books because I don’t want to be subconsciously influenced in any way. Basically, I just do whatever I want, and luckily, it seems to work. I love Scottish guys in kilts, so I tossed a bunch of them into the vampire world. I love chocolate, so Roman invented Vampire Fusion Cuisine which includes Chocolood (a mixture of synthetic blood and chocolate). And since my brawny Scottish vamps love their whisky, I had Roman invent Blissky (synthetic blood and whisky).

I enjoy transferring funny things from our world into the vampire world. For example, the soap operas on the Digital Vampire Network. Or the first vampire reality show that occurred in the second book, Vamps and the City. Speed dating showed up in the fifth book, All I Want for Christmas is a Vampire. A vampire with anger management problems was order into therapy by the Coven Court in Forbidden Nights with a Vampire.

Things that strike me as spooky or scary show up in my books, too. Cornfields that stretch on and on for acres can be creepy, so I set a scene from The Vampire and the Virgin in the middle of a vast cornfield. The thought of being imprisoned with a hungry vampire is scary, so I did that in the third book, Be Still my Vampire Heart.

JJ:Your vamps also include a group of very hot Scottish vamps in kilts it just doesn’t get any better than that. Are you a fellow Scottish fan? And kilt fan? :)

KS: Oh yes! Gotta love a guy in a kilt! Even my historical romance, For Love or Country, had a Scotsman. (That was my first published book, written before the Love at Stake series). I can’t seem to write a book without a Scotsman.

JJ: One thing I always wanted to ask you was how did you come up with the premise for How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire where Roman looses his fang biting something he never should have sank his fangs into LOL! That was such a great storyline. I loved it and it!

KS: I knew I wanted a rich, sophisticated, old-world vampire who was brilliant and handsome and lived in an elegant townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He sounds perfect, right? Then I wanted to inflict the most embarrassing situation on him that I could think of. What would embarrass a suave, debonair vampire? How about losing his fangs? Or just one fang—that’s even better. Then he would be stuck as a lopsided eater for all eternity. The other vamps would snicker and call him the One-Fanged Wonder.

He has one night to get his fang re-implanted or his gum will heal and leave him lopsided. So he has to find a dentist that night. Of course the only dentist he can find will be mortal. And a beautiful young female. And she’ll be impervious to his mind control. And she’ll faint at the sight of blood. It just gets worse and worse! Authors can be so cruel to their characters! But even though we’re putting them through hell, we know it will all work out in the end.

JJ: Another interesting thing you did that I haven't seen before was with Ian from All I want for Christmas is a vampire started out as looking much, much younger than he really was because he was turned when he was 15. I loved how you had him able to finally age into looking like a man. I found it so interesting to see him come into his own and grow into himself more in series.

KS: Ian MacPhie was mortally wounded in his first battle at age 15, and Angus transformed him in order to save him. I found this idea fascinating, cause imagine the frustration of being mistaken for a teenager when you’re several hundred years old. And poor Ian couldn’t find a date, either. He was desperate enough to undergo a painful transformation in order to look older. He finally finds romance in the fifth book in the series, All I Want for Christmas is a Vampire.

JJ: Do you have a favorite character or book that you have done in the series so far?

KS: My favorites are always the hero and heroine I’m currently writing. I spend a few months living in the heroine’s mind and falling in love with the hero alongside her.

JJ: What is your all time favorite book as a reader?

KS: This is too hard! I could never pick just one. My favorite fantasy books would be the Lord of the Rings trilogy. My favorite time travel book is Outlander. My favorite historical is A Rose in Winter by Kathleen Woodiwiss. My favorite Regencies are by Amanda Quick. My favorite comedies are the Stephanie Plum series. My favorite Viking romances are by Sandra Hill. My favorite Southern ghost stories are by Karen White. I could go on and on…

JJ:Who are some of your biggest influences in writing?

KS: I love the humor of Amanda Quick/Jayne Ann Krentz, Janet Evanovich, Lynsay Sands, Meg Cabot, Sandra Hill, and Julia Quinn. I learned a lot about humor as a kid, watching Danny Kaye movies and Monty Python’s Flying Circus. I learned a ton about world building by reading the Lord of the Rings trilogy and the Harry Potter series. I learned a lot about comedic timing from watching the sitcom Frasier. I also learned that the humor in a situation often depends on the characters themselves. They have to remain true to their character for it to work.

JJ: What do you do on a typical writing day?

KS: Way too much procrastination!

JJ: Did you always want to be an author?

KS: I always thought being an author would be the greatest job in the world, but I didn’t believe ordinary people like me could ever do it. I thought authors were magical creatures who lived in castles in Scotland or beach houses on remote islands. And somehow, the words just poured out of them like a stream of genius. Hmm, no wonder I write fantasy.

JJ: What was your first published work and when was it published?

KS: My first book was a historical romance titled For Love or Country, published by Forge in 2002. It’s set in Boston, just before the Revolutionary War begins, and it features a hero who agrees to dress and act like a dandy in order to spy on the British (a bit like the Scarlet Pimpernel). He also has some nifty spy gadgets that suit the time period (inspired by the TV show Wild, Wild West). The book is out of print now, but you can usually find used copies on sale online.

JJ: Kerrelyn what would be the best way for readers contact you?

KS: My website is at http://www.kerrelynsparks.com/, and you can find plenty to do there -- excerpts to read, contests to enter, and in the Vampire World, there are book videos to watch, vampire games to play, vampire ID cards to print out, a favorite hero quiz to take, and a forum where readers can chat with me and each other. You can also email me through the website.
I have a mini-website at HarperCollins--http://www.harpercollins.com/author/microsite/?authorid=28426

You can find my Facebook fan page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Kerrelyn-Sparks/81116835708?v=wall&viewas=739487371&ref=ts

JJ: Do you ever use real life actors or actresses as how you see your characters when you write in your head? I know I personally see them as the main characters a lot in the books I read when I’m reading them so I was just wondering if authors do that as well when they are writing them?

KS: Sometimes my heroes are similar to actors—not exactly the same, but close. With Roman Draganesti, I saw him as similar to Adrian Paul from the Highlander series. Austin Erickson was like Josh Holloway from Lost. Don Orlando de Corazon looked a bit like Antonio Banderas. Angus and Robby MacKay are related, so they look similar to each other, sorta like Gerard Butler but with long red hair. Olivia Sotiris (Robby’s girl) was modeled after Counselor Deanna Troi from Star Trek, the Next Generation.

JJ: Carlos the Were-panther is who’s story is up next in the series correct? Is there a sneek peek that you can tell us about his story. I just love his character and can’t wait to learn more about him as well. He would make any girl purr! ;)

KS: Yes, Carlos is next! His book is titled Eat Prey Love, and it releases in September 2010. Since were-panthers are an endangered species, Carlos is on the hunt for a were-panther mate. Some big surprises coming up, and Carlos does indeed make his woman purr.

JJ: And basically hon anything else you want to share feel more than free to do so! :)

KS: I’d like to thank all my readers for their enthusiasm and support. This series started off with just a two-book contract, and it could have died there. Now it’s contracted for twelve books! The Love at Stake series would have never survived this long without a bunch of readers, so thank you all! You’re the best!

Kerrelyn has also generously offered to give away a signed copy of Forbidden Nights with a Vampire to one lucky commenter! So chat it up people! ;)
